Whole and half lamb is available for $6.00 per pound hanging weight, plus cost of butchering, $100 deposit required. Hanging weights are typically between 60 - 90 pounds. As an example, a lamb weighing 140 pounds live weight will be approximately 70 pounds hanging weight = $420 + butcher fee (approx. $90 - $100).
